随着微课比赛的广泛开展，教师对微课作品的制作越发重视。很多教师对于微课教学设计很有研究，但是对于视频录制却不是很了解。重点介绍在微课参赛视频制作中的经验和教训，为广大教师制作出更为精良的微课视频提供参考。

With the development of micro teaching competition extensively, more and more attention have been paid to the production of micro class works. The level of micro class works depends on the teaching design and the micro class video recording. Many teachers are experienced at teaching design, but not at video recording. This paper focuses on the experiences and lessons in the micro class video production, as well as the speciifc parameter setting and selecting of the software which is used to edit video. To provide reference for teachers to make micro class video sophisticated.
