目的：对妇产科护理实践中实施孕期健康教育的效果进行分析。方法：随机将我院收治的86例孕妇分成甲乙两组，分别被给予常规护理与在此基础上的健康教育，观察两组护理效果。结果：乙组孕妇关于健康知识的掌握程度与自然分娩率显著优于甲组（P ＜0.05）。结论：结合临床产妇的特点，给予其孕期健康教育，可使产妇了解更多健康知识，提升其自然分娩率，效果显著。

Objective:To implement health education during pregnancy obstetrics and gynecology nursing practice to analyze the effect of.Methods:Ran-dom 86 pregnant women admitted in our hospital were split into two groups,were given routine nursing care and health education on the basis of the effect of the two groups,observation and nursing.Results:Group B pregnant women about health knowledge level and the natural childbirth rate was superior to that of group A (P <0.05).Conclusion:Based on the features of clinical maternal,given its pregnancy health education,enable mothers more health knowledge,enhance the natural birth rate,the effect is remarkable.
