为适应高职院校“现代学徒制”人才培养模式创新的需要,针对目前职业指导形式单一、资源不足、缺乏实践环节等问题,应构建以“职业生涯模拟”为基础的高职院校全程化职业指导体系,通过创新校企合作模式、推行导师制等方式保障该体系的实施,并对该体系的监督评价方式进行探讨。

In order to meet the needs of the innovative talent training mode of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational schools, as for the problems of single methods, insufficient resources and practice shortage in current vocational guidance system ,the whole vocational guidance system based on vocational career simulation is structured to adapt to the innovation of modern apprenticeship training mode. The system is implemented by innovating school-enterprise cooperation model and tutorial system and evaluation about the system. The evaluation method for this system is also elaborated in this paper.
