针对影响电能计量装置准确性的内部和外部因素,包括测量表计误差、互感器误差、PT二次回路压降误差、CT二次回路误差及谐波影响等,建立统一模型,得出完整的三相三线制及其电能计量装置的计量误差公式。模型结果表明电能表、电压互感器二次回路压降、电流互感器二次负载对计量装置的计量准确性的影响,该结论对供电企业的计量管理工作具有一定的指导意义。

The influence factors for accuracy of electric energy metering device is discussed. These factors are divided into internal factors and external factors, including the electric energy meter error, the transformer error, the error caused by secondary circuit voltage drop of PT and the error caused by the secondary load of CT and harmonic influence. Unified model is established, and the measurement error formula of the three-phase three-wire system and its electric energy metering device is obtained. The model shows the effects of these factors on the measuring accuracy of the metering device. The conclusion has guiding significance for measurement management of power supply enterprises.
