风电场动态无功补偿装置响应速度是影响风电场安全运行的重要指标,但如何确定其是否满足相关要求在工程实际中存在较大争议。对风电场动态无功补偿装置现状及存在的问题进行系统分析,在已有标准的基础上,进一步明确控制系统响应时间和系统响应时间意义,并提出扰动检测时间和系统调节时间的概念和定义。为了使测试方法具有可操作性,提出通过阶跃扰动试验测试系统调节时间,通过计算测试扰动检测时间与系统响应时间的总和,评估系统响应时间是否满足要求。

The response speed of dynamic reactive power compensation equipment in wind farm is very important to the safe operation of wind farm, but how to determine whether the dynamic reactive power compensation equipment meets relevant requirements is controversial in engineering practice. The present situation and existing problems of dynamic reactive power compensation equipment are systematically analyzed in wind farm. Based on existing standards, further defines the control system response time and system response time, and puts forward the concept and definition of disturbance detecting time and system adjustment time. A practical method to estimate whether the system response time meets relevant requirements is puts forward, in which system adjustment time is measurement by step disturbance test. System response time is evaluated by the sum of disturbance detecting time and system response time.
