目的:采用25 mGy低剂量X射线照射Ⅰ型糖尿病小鼠,检测不同时间点小鼠体质量、血糖和肾功能改变情况,为低剂量照射用于预防和治疗糖尿病提供实验证据.方法建立Ⅰ型糖尿病小鼠动物模型,用血糖仪和全自动生化监测仪测量血糖、检测尿液中尿肌酐及尿白蛋白的含量.结果Ⅰ型糖尿病小鼠体质量显著低于非糖尿病组(P<0.05).给予剂量为25 mGy X射线照射后,各组小鼠体质量无显著性差异.低剂量照射使糖尿病组小鼠血糖水平受到了抑制,显著低于糖尿病组(P<0.05).照射后2~16周,糖尿病组尿肌酐、白蛋白含量与糖尿病照射组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论低剂量照射对Ⅰ型糖尿病小鼠具有保护作用,能显著降低小鼠血糖水平,还能有效降低Ⅰ型糖尿病小鼠尿中白蛋白含量,促进尿肌酐的排出,从而缓解由糖尿病高血糖引起的肾脏损伤.

목적:채용25 mGy저제량X사선조사Ⅰ형당뇨병소서,검측불동시간점소서체질량、혈당화신공능개변정황,위저제량조사용우예방화치료당뇨병제공실험증거.방법건립Ⅰ형당뇨병소서동물모형,용혈당의화전자동생화감측의측량혈당、검측뇨액중뇨기항급뇨백단백적함량.결과Ⅰ형당뇨병소서체질량현저저우비당뇨병조(P<0.05).급여제량위25 mGy X사선조사후,각조소서체질량무현저성차이.저제량조사사당뇨병조소서혈당수평수도료억제,현저저우당뇨병조(P<0.05).조사후2~16주,당뇨병조뇨기항、백단백함량여당뇨병조사조비교차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05).결론저제량조사대Ⅰ형당뇨병소서구유보호작용,능현저강저소서혈당수평,환능유효강저Ⅰ형당뇨병소서뇨중백단백함량,촉진뇨기항적배출,종이완해유당뇨병고혈당인기적신장손상.
Objective Provide experimental evidences for the effect of low dose irradiation on the prevention and treatment of diabetes,by examining body weight,blood glucose level and renal function changes in typeⅠmice at different times. Method After type Ⅰ diabetes mice model was established, blood glucose level, contents of creatinine and albumin in urine of the mice were measured with glucose meter and automatic biochemical monitor. Results The weight of typeⅠdiabetes mice were significantly lower than that of the non-diabetic group(P<0. 05). Under 25 mGy X-ray,the body weight of each group had no significant difference in mice. Low dose irradiation restrained the blood glucose level in diabetic mice,which was significantly lower than that of the model group(P<0. 05). From week 2 to week 16 after radiation,the concentrations of urine creatinine and urinary albumin showed statistical differences in the diabetes mice comparing with the X-ray exposure groups (P<0. 05). Conclusion Low dose irradiation was able to protect the typeⅠdiabetes mice,their blood glucose level decreased obviously,which can promote the elimination of urine creatinine and urinary albumin,and relieve their kidney damage caused by high blood glucose level.
