利用偏微分方程法求解尺寸链中的公差分配问题，对影响专用机床传动精度的主轴箱体零件进行尺寸链可靠性设计，避免常规平面尺寸链计算方法浪费工艺能力和工艺能力不足的问题。建立以尺寸链中任意一个尺寸环作为函数的数学模型，对其求全微分；采用等公差分配原则对公差进行合理的分配和换算；按实际工程经验确定参数。这种方法不仅使用方便有效，能够满足工艺要求，而且也能够保证通用机床箱体零件的加工质量，为在可靠性设计中定量分析专用机床传动精度提供依据。

The paper proposed a method for solving the problem of tolerance distributing of dimension chain by using partial differential equation. The reliability of dimension chain is designed that influences the transmission precision of special machine tool. The lack and waste of process equipment capacity can be avoided that caused by calculating method in two conventional dimensions chains. Creating a function mathematical model based on any one dimension ring on dimension chain and solving its total differential. The tolerance is allocated and conversed reasonably by using the principle of tolerance allocation. The parameters are determined according to the actual engineering experience. This method is convenient and effective to meet the process requirements,even if the use of general machine tools can also guarantee the quality of parts and provide a basis for the quantitative analysis in the reliability design of transmission precision of special machine tool.
