目的：评价心可舒片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法180例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各90例。对照组于常规抗心绞痛药物治疗，治疗组在常规抗心绞痛药物治疗基础上给予心可舒片4片/次、3次/日口服。结果治疗组可明显缓解冠心病心绞痛症状（P＜0.05）。在心电图改善方面，治疗组也优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论心可舒在冠心病心绞痛的治疗中，治疗效果良好且无明显不良反应，值得在临床上进一步广泛应用。
목적：평개심가서편치료관심병심교통적림상료효급안전성。방법180례관심병심교통환자수궤분위치료조화대조조각90례。대조조우상규항심교통약물치료，치료조재상규항심교통약물치료기출상급여심가서편4편/차、3차/일구복。결과치료조가명현완해관심병심교통증상（P＜0.05）。재심전도개선방면，치료조야우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론심가서재관심병심교통적치료중，치료효과량호차무명현불량반응，치득재림상상진일보엄범응용。
Objective To evaluate the Clinical curative effect and the safety of the xinkeshu for Angina pectoris. Methods The 180 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups, and the one is treatment group, the other one is control group, and each group have 90 patients. The control group receive common treatment, besides, the treatment group receive xinkeshu treatment, 4 pieces a time, 3 times a day. Results The treatment group can obviously improve the symptom of the angina pectoris (P<0.05). The improvement in ECG of the the treatment group is much better than the other one, and the difference also have Statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The xinkeshu have better Clinical curative effect in the treatmen of the angina pectoris,and the treatment is very safety, which worthes widely using in clinic.
