目的：观察阿托伐他汀联合银杏叶片治疗高血脂合并血流变异常的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2012年5月～2014年6月到天津市红桥区双环邨街社区卫生服务中心门诊就诊的高脂血症合并血流变异常的患者共61例，所有患者随机分为治疗组和对照组两组，对照组31例，给予阿托伐他汀钙治疗；治疗组30例，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用银杏叶片口服，疗程为1个月，之后进行疗效评价。结果治疗组患者的血脂及血流变改善均优于对照组。结论阿托伐他汀联合银杏叶片治疗高血脂合并血流变异常疗效确切安全。
목적：관찰아탁벌타정연합은행협편치료고혈지합병혈류변이상적림상료효급안전성。방법선취2012년5월～2014년6월도천진시홍교구쌍배촌가사구위생복무중심문진취진적고지혈증합병혈류변이상적환자공61례，소유환자수궤분위치료조화대조조량조，대조조31례，급여아탁벌타정개치료；치료조30례，치료조재대조조적기출상가용은행협편구복，료정위1개월，지후진행료효평개。결과치료조환자적혈지급혈류변개선균우우대조조。결론아탁벌타정연합은행협편치료고혈지합병혈류변이상료효학절안전。
Objective To observe atorvastatin combined therapy with ginkgo leaf hyperlipidemia showed abnormal clinical effectiveness and safety of the merger.
