目的:采用人体成分分析及血清微量营养素评估腹膜透析患者的营养状况。方法腹膜透析患者33例(A),正常对照组26例(B),两组患者分别进行体成分、维生素(A、D、E、C)、微量元素(Zn、Cu、Fe、Cr、Mn)等营养指标检测。结果细胞内液、蛋白质、瘦体重、去脂体重含量腹透患者均低于对照组(P<0.05),脂肪含量男性腹透患者高于对照组(P<0.05),内脏脂肪面积腹透患者均高于对照组(P<0.05),无机盐含量女性腹透患者低于对照组(P<0.05),维生素(A、D、E、C)腹透患者均低于对照组(P<0.05),Zn、Cu、Mn男性腹透患者低于对照组(P<0.05),Fe女性腹透患者低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论长期腹透患者普遍存在营养不良,可引起身体组成成分和微量营养素发生变化,应及时采取个体化营养治疗。

목적:채용인체성분분석급혈청미량영양소평고복막투석환자적영양상황。방법복막투석환자33례(A),정상대조조26례(B),량조환자분별진행체성분、유생소(A、D、E、C)、미량원소(Zn、Cu、Fe、Cr、Mn)등영양지표검측。결과세포내액、단백질、수체중、거지체중함량복투환자균저우대조조(P<0.05),지방함량남성복투환자고우대조조(P<0.05),내장지방면적복투환자균고우대조조(P<0.05),무궤염함량녀성복투환자저우대조조(P<0.05),유생소(A、D、E、C)복투환자균저우대조조(P<0.05),Zn、Cu、Mn남성복투환자저우대조조(P<0.05),Fe녀성복투환자저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론장기복투환자보편존재영양불량,가인기신체조성성분화미량영양소발생변화,응급시채취개체화영양치료。
Objective Using the human body composition analysis and serum trace elements to investigate the nutritional status of the peritoneal dialysis patients. Methods 33 peritoneal dialysis patients and 26 controls were studied(As group A and B). The body composition, and trace elements (Zn, Cu, Fe, Cr, Mn) were measured in two groups. Results ICW, Protein, LBM, FFM of peritoneal dialysis patients were lower than controls (P<0.05), Fat of male patients was higher than controls (P<0.05), VFA of patients was higher than controls (P<0.05), IS of female patients was lower than controls (P<0.05), Vitamins (A, D, E, C) were lower than controls (P<0.05), Zn, Cu, Mn of male patients were lower than controls (P<0.05), Fe of female patients was lower than controls (P<0.05). Conclusion Malnutrition incidence of patients with long-term peritoneal dialysis, cause the body composition and micronutrients index change, should take timely individualized nutritional therapy.
