目的：探讨在进行规范的全身抗感染治疗的基础上，运用万古霉素鞘内注射联合腰大池持续外引流治疗颅内感染患者的效果。方法对我科2010年5月～2012年5月收治的25例颅内感染患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，其中男性14例，女性11例，年龄25～76岁，平均年龄52岁，均为颅脑术后继发颅内感染。结果25例患者中1周内治愈8例（32％），2周内治愈16例（64％），死亡1例（4％）。结论万古霉素鞘内注射联合腰大池持续外引流可以有效控制颅内感染。
목적：탐토재진행규범적전신항감염치료적기출상，운용만고매소초내주사연합요대지지속외인류치료로내감염환자적효과。방법대아과2010년5월～2012년5월수치적25례로내감염환자적림상자료진행회고성분석，기중남성14례，녀성11례，년령25～76세，평균년령52세，균위로뇌술후계발로내감염。결과25례환자중1주내치유8례（32％），2주내치유16례（64％），사망1례（4％）。결론만고매소초내주사연합요대지지속외인류가이유효공제로내감염。
Objective To explore the effects of intrathecal injection vancomycin combined external drainage of lumbar cistern for treatment of intracranial infection , on basics of regulate systemic anti-infection treatment .Methods The clinical data of 25 patients with intracranial infection treated in our department from May 2010 to May 2012 were analyzed retrospectively .14 patients were male,11 were female, the ages of the patients ranged from 25 to 76 years old,the average age was 52 years old.Results Of 25 patients,8 were cured in the first one week (32%),16 in the second week(64%)and 1 died(4%).Conclusions Intrathecal injection vancomycin combined external drainage of lumbar cistern for treatment of intracranial infection can effectively control the infection .
