Closed trauma of negative pressure drainage set%Pressure ulcers%Nursing
目的：探讨封闭创伤负压引流套装治疗压疮的护理体会。方法：2011年8月-2014年3月收治Ⅲ度以上压疮患者18例，分析应用创伤负压引流套装治疗的效果、住院时间、患者舒适满意度、平均住院费用。结果：9例应用负压引流套装患者创面均愈合良好，平均住院日明显缩短，住院费用减少。结论：和传统处理方法相比，应用负压引流套装更能促进创面肉芽组织生长，加快创口愈合，避免反复换药，不仅缩短患者住院时间，提高患者生活质量，同时也减轻患者痛苦和经济负担，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토봉폐창상부압인류투장치료압창적호리체회。방법：2011년8월-2014년3월수치Ⅲ도이상압창환자18례，분석응용창상부압인류투장치료적효과、주원시간、환자서괄만의도、평균주원비용。결과：9례응용부압인류투장환자창면균유합량호，평균주원일명현축단，주원비용감소。결론：화전통처리방법상비，응용부압인류투장경능촉진창면육아조직생장，가쾌창구유합，피면반복환약，불부축단환자주원시간，제고환자생활질량，동시야감경환자통고화경제부담，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To explore the nursing experience on closed traumatic of negative pressure drainage set in the treatment of pressure ulcer.Methods:18 patients with more than third degree of pressure ulcer were selected from August 2011 to March 2014. We analyzed the treatment effects,hospitalization time,patient satisfaction,and the average expenses in application of negative pressure drainage set.Results:9 patients with application of closed traumatic of negative pressure drainage set were healed;the average days of hospitalization obviously shortened;the hospitalization costs also reduced.Conclusion:When compared with the traditional processing method,application of negative pressure drainage kit can promote the growth of granulation tissue,accelerate wound healing,and also can avoid repeated dressing,so this treatment can not only shorten the hospitalization time of patients, improve the life quality of patients,but also can relieve the pain and economic burden of patients,so it is worthy of clinical application.
