移动式放射源使用方式较为灵活,自身不带电源,常具有放射性活度大,使用现场条件复杂等特点,辐射安全风险较大。如何科学有效地对移动式放射源实行监管一直是其应用单位和监管部门较为关注的问题。本文根据移动式放射源特点,提出了网络巡检这一管理模式,旨在督促移动式放射源使用单位加强自主管理和提升环保部门对移动式放射源的监管能力和效率,从源头上降低移动式放射源的辐射事故发生几率。

The transportable radiation source is flexible without power supply itself. It usually is characterized by high radioactive activity, complex conditions and high radiation safety risk. As a result, a scientific and effective method of monitoring transportable radiation source has been a focus for using unit or supervision department. According to some distinct features of transportable radiation source, this paper attempts to propose a network inspection management model, which aims to drive end-user to strengthen self-management and environmental protection administration to reinforce regulation capability and efficiency so as to reduce radiation accident from the source.
