目的：观察环磷腺苷治疗充血性心力衰竭疗效。方法60例充血性心力衰竭的患者被随机分成治疗组30例,对照组30例,两组常规治疗相同。治疗组给予环磷腺苷葡胺120 mg ,加入5%葡萄注射液200 ml ,1次/d静点,疗程7~10 d。比较两组治疗前、后心功能改善情况。结果治疗组临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的左室射血分数治疗后有显著改善(<0.01)对照组亦有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论环磷腺苷葡胺治疗充血性心力衰竭有一定疗效。
목적：관찰배린선감치료충혈성심력쇠갈료효。방법60례충혈성심력쇠갈적환자피수궤분성치료조30례,대조조30례,량조상규치료상동。치료조급여배린선감포알120 mg ,가입5%포도주사액200 ml ,1차/d정점,료정7~10 d。비교량조치료전、후심공능개선정황。결과치료조림상료효명현고우대조조(P<0.05)。치료조적좌실사혈분수치료후유현저개선(<0.01)대조조역유현저개선(P<0.05)。결론배린선감포알치료충혈성심력쇠갈유일정료효。
Objective To observe the cyclic adenosine monophosphate cure congestive heart failure treatment. Methods 60 patients with congestive heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group of 30, 30 cases in the control group, the same two groups of conventional treatment. The treatment group received cyclic adenosine monophosphate meglumine 120 mg, 5%glucose injection 200 ml, 1 times/d static point, treatment 7~10d. Were compared before and after treatment of cardiac function improvement. Results The clinical ef icacy of the treatment group was significantly higher ( <0.05). Left ventricular ejection fraction after treatment in the treatment group improved significantly ( <0.01) in the control group showed significant improvement ( <0.05). Conclusion Cyclic adenosine monophosphate meglumine treatment of congestive heart failure have a certain ef ect.
