目的：观察口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散用于结直肠癌患者术前清洁肠道的效果。方法：将结直肠癌患者110例随机分为3组，A组50例术前口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散溶液，B组30例术前常规口服甘露醇溶液，C组30例术前常规肥皂水清洁灌肠。对全部患者观察不良反应、肠道清洁度、术后胃肠功能恢复、并发症情况。结果：A组在不良反应、肠道清洁度、并发症及患者接受性上明显好于B组、C组。结论：口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散溶液用于术前肠道清洁效果理想，且胃肠功能恢复快，无并发症发生，并减少护士工作量。复方聚乙二醇电解质散口服溶液是一种安全、快捷、有效的肠道清洁准备药物。
목적：관찰구복복방취을이순전해질산용우결직장암환자술전청길장도적효과。방법：장결직장암환자110례수궤분위3조，A조50례술전구복복방취을이순전해질산용액，B조30례술전상규구복감로순용액，C조30례술전상규비조수청길관장。대전부환자관찰불량반응、장도청길도、술후위장공능회복、병발증정황。결과：A조재불량반응、장도청길도、병발증급환자접수성상명현호우B조、C조。결론：구복복방취을이순전해질산용액용우술전장도청길효과이상，차위장공능회복쾌，무병발증발생，병감소호사공작량。복방취을이순전해질산구복용액시일충안전、쾌첩、유효적장도청길준비약물。
Objective:To observe the effect of preoperative cleaning intestinal tract of oral compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods:110 patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into 3 groups.50 cases in A group were give preoperative oral compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution;30 cases in B group were give preoperative routine oral mannite solution;30 cases in C group were give preoperative routine soap and water cleansing enema.The adverse reactions,intestinal cleanliness degree,postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery,complications of all patients were observed.Results:The adverse reactions, intestinal cleanliness degree, complications and patient acceptance of patients in A group were obviously better than B group and C group.Conclusion:Oral compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte for preoperative intestinal cleaning has ideal effect,and gastrointestinal function recovers faster,no complications occurred,and it reduces the workload of nurses.Compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte oral solution is a kind of safety,quick,effective intestinal cleaning preparation medication.
