目的：研究单纯修补术和胃大部分切除术治疗急性胃穿孔患者的临床疗效。方法：将96例患者随机分为修补组和切除组，每组48例，分别施以单纯修补术、胃大部分切除术，观察两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后并发症等情况及临床疗效。结果：修补组所需的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均少于切除组，身体恢复情况明显好于切除组，治疗总有效率95.8%，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：单纯修补术具有手术时间短、术中出血量少、患者身体恢复快等优点，对急性胃穿孔有治疗意义。

목적：연구단순수보술화위대부분절제술치료급성위천공환자적림상료효。방법：장96례환자수궤분위수보조화절제조，매조48례，분별시이단순수보술、위대부분절제술，관찰량조수술시간、술중출혈량、주원시간、술후병발증등정황급림상료효。결과：수보조소수적수술시간、술중출혈량、주원시간균소우절제조，신체회복정황명현호우절제조，치료총유효솔95.8%，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：단순수보술구유수술시간단、술중출혈량소、환자신체회복쾌등우점，대급성위천공유치료의의。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of simply neoplasty and subtotal gastrectomy in the treatment of patients with acute gastric perforation.Methods:96 patients were randomly divided into the repairing group and the resection group with 48 cases in each.They were respectively treated with simply neoplasty and subtotal gastrectomy.The operative time,intraoperatve blood soss,hospitalization time,postoperative complications and clinical effect of two groups were observed.Results:The operative time,intraoperatve blood soss,hospitalization time of the repairing group were less than that of the resection group;the physical recovery was better than that of the resection group;the treatment total effective rate was 95.8%;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The simply neoplasty has advantages such as shorter operation time,less intraoperatve blood soss, faster physical recovery of patients.It has treatment significance for acute gastric perforation.
