目的：探究辅酶Q10联合曲美他嗪治疗老年酒精性心肌病心力衰竭的效果。方法：2013年5月-2014年5月收治酒精性心肌病患者95例，随机分为研究组48例和对照组47例。对照组予以常规对症治疗，研究组在对照组基础上予以辅酶Q10片联合曲美他嗪治疗，分析两组治疗前后心脏超声指标变化、6 min步行距离和再住院及预后情况。结果：治疗后研究组LVEF和CO水平均高于对照组，LVEDD和LVESD水平均低于对照组；治疗后3、6个月研究组6 min步行距离与对照组相比有明显改善；研究组再住院率8.33%低于对照组27.66%，研究组病死率6.25%低于对照组20.96%(P＜0.05)。结论：辅酶Q10联合曲美他嗪治疗老年酒精性心肌病心力衰竭疗效确切，可有效改善患者心功能，降低不良反应发生率。

목적：탐구보매Q10연합곡미타진치료노년주정성심기병심력쇠갈적효과。방법：2013년5월-2014년5월수치주정성심기병환자95례，수궤분위연구조48례화대조조47례。대조조여이상규대증치료，연구조재대조조기출상여이보매Q10편연합곡미타진치료，분석량조치료전후심장초성지표변화、6 min보행거리화재주원급예후정황。결과：치료후연구조LVEF화CO수평균고우대조조，LVEDD화LVESD수평균저우대조조；치료후3、6개월연구조6 min보행거리여대조조상비유명현개선；연구조재주원솔8.33%저우대조조27.66%，연구조병사솔6.25%저우대조조20.96%(P＜0.05)。결론：보매Q10연합곡미타진치료노년주정성심기병심력쇠갈료효학절，가유효개선환자심공능，강저불량반응발생솔。
Objective:To explore the curative effect observation of coenzyme Q10 combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of heart failure of the old alcoholic cardiomyopathy.Methods:95 patients with alcoholic cardiomyopathy were selected from May 2013 to May 2014.They were randomly divided into the study group of 48 cases and the control group with 47 cases.The control group were given routine symptomatic treatment,while the study group were given coenzyme Q10 combined with trimetazidine treatment on the basis of the control group.We analyzed the changes in echocardiographic indexes,6 min walking distance and re hospitalization and prognosis before and after treatment of the two groups.Results:After treatment,in the study group,LVEF and CO level were higher than those of the control group;LVEDD and LVESD levels were lower than those of the control group.At 3 and 6 months after treatment,in the study group,6 min walking distance was improved significantly compared with the control group.In the study group,re hospitalization rate was 8.33%,which was lower than that of control group of 27.66%;in the study group,the mortality rate was 6.25%,which was lower than that of the control group of 20.96%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect observation of coenzyme Q10 combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of heart failure of the old alcoholic cardiomyopathy was significant.It can effectively improve heart function of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reaction.
