目的：总结老年患者上消化道出血的临床特点。方法：2005年1月-2013年1月收治上消化道出血患者412例，其中老年组198例，非老年组214例，比较两组患者的出血原因及胃癌发生率。结果：老年组患者呕血率与伴随疾病率均高于非老年组，两组差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论：老年上消化道出血患者以胃溃疡和胃癌多见，同时伴有较多的并发症，死亡率较高。

목적：총결노년환자상소화도출혈적림상특점。방법：2005년1월-2013년1월수치상소화도출혈환자412례，기중노년조198례，비노년조214례，비교량조환자적출혈원인급위암발생솔。결과：노년조환자구혈솔여반수질병솔균고우비노년조，량조차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.01)。결론：노년상소화도출혈환자이위궤양화위암다견，동시반유교다적병발증，사망솔교고。
Objective:We summarized the clinical characteristics of elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:412 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected from January 2005 to January 2013,including the elderly group of 198 cases,214 cases of non elderly group,and we compared the bleeding causes and gastric cancer incidence of the two groups. Results:The hematemesis rate and concomitant disease rate of the elderly patients were higher than those of the non elderly group, with significant difference between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:The gastric ulcer and gastric cancer were more common in patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhage in the elderly,and accompanied with many complications,the mortality rate is high.
