目的：观察锁定钛板内固定联合重建钛板固定治疗肱骨下1/4骨折的临床效果。方法：2013年3月-2014年3月收治肱骨下1/4骨折患者88例，按照治疗方法分为对照组和观察组各44例，对照组应用锁定钛板内固定术治疗，研究组在对照组基础上联合重建钛板固定术治疗，分析两组患者临床手术相关性指标、骨折愈合及肘关节功能恢复情况。结果：研究组手术时间明显长于对照组，愈合时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；研究组治疗后肘关节改善情况明显优于对照组，优良率90.91%(40/44)明显高于对照组68.18%(30/44)，比较差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：锁定钛板内固定联合重建钛板固定治疗肱骨下1/4骨折的临床效果显著。

목적：관찰쇄정태판내고정연합중건태판고정치료굉골하1/4골절적림상효과。방법：2013년3월-2014년3월수치굉골하1/4골절환자88례，안조치료방법분위대조조화관찰조각44례，대조조응용쇄정태판내고정술치료，연구조재대조조기출상연합중건태판고정술치료，분석량조환자림상수술상관성지표、골절유합급주관절공능회복정황。결과：연구조수술시간명현장우대조조，유합시간명현단우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；연구조치료후주관절개선정황명현우우대조조，우량솔90.91%(40/44)명현고우대조조68.18%(30/44)，비교차이균구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：쇄정태판내고정연합중건태판고정치료굉골하1/4골절적림상효과현저。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of locking titanium plate internal fixation combined with reconstruction titanium plate fixation in the treatment of the distal end of humerus fracture of 1/4.Methods:88 patients with the distal end of humerus fracture of 1/4 were selected from March 2013 to March 2014.According to the treatment,they were divided into the control group and the observation group with 44 cases in each group.The control group were treated with locking titanium plate internal fixation.The study group were treated with reconstruction titanium plate fixation on the basis of the control group.We analyzed the clinical surgery related index,the fracture healing and functional recovery of elbow joint of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the operation time was significantly longer than that of the control group;the healing time was significantly shorter than the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,after treatment,the functional recovery of elbow joint was significantly better than the control group;the excellent and good rate was 90.91%(40/44),which was significantly higher than the control group of 68.18%(30/44);the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of locking titanium plate internal fixation combined with reconstruction titanium plate fixation in the treatment of the distal end of humerus fracture of 1/4 was significant.
