目的：研究不同包埋剂制作冷冻切片的效果。方法：采用生理盐水、普通胶水和B超耦合剂3种不同包埋剂对同一组织在相同条件下制作冷冻切片，并与进口OCT包埋剂比较。结果：3种不同包埋剂制作冷冻切片的效果相当，与进口OCT包埋剂制作的冷冻切片差异较小。结论：在同样的环境和条件下，生理盐水、普通胶水和B超耦合剂做包埋剂制作冷动切片能达到理想效果，可在临床病理和科研工作中普及应用。

목적：연구불동포매제제작냉동절편적효과。방법：채용생리염수、보통효수화B초우합제3충불동포매제대동일조직재상동조건하제작냉동절편，병여진구OCT포매제비교。결과：3충불동포매제제작냉동절편적효과상당，여진구OCT포매제제작적냉동절편차이교소。결론：재동양적배경화조건하，생리염수、보통효수화B초우합제주포매제제작랭동절편능체도이상효과，가재림상병리화과연공작중보급응용。
Objective:To study the effect of different embedding agent for making frozen section.Methods:Physiological saline, ordinary glue and ultrasound coupling agent were used to manufacture frozen sections of the same tissue in the same conditions. They were compared with the imported OCT embedding agent.Results:The effect of frozen section of the three embedding agent was quite.Compared with import OCT embedding agent,the difference of frozen section was smaller.Conclusion:In the same environment and conditions,application of physiological saline,ordinary glue and ultrasound coupling agent for making frozen section can achieve the desired effect,and they can be universal applicated in clinical pathology and the scientific research work.
