目的：分析和探讨老年人的心理变化特点及护理的重要性。方法采用自制问卷的方式对60例患者进行面对面的交流调查，然后针对出现的心理问题采取相应的护理措施。结果60例老年患者经过护士的耐心护理，增加了安全感和亲切感，能积极主动的配合治疗和护理。结论医护人员应重视老年人的心理问题，以患者的心理状态去理解患者，并给予关怀﹑尊重﹑热情，将会取得良好地护理效果。

Objective To explore the psychological characteristics analysis and importance and care of the elderly. Methods Using the self-made questionnaire investigation and face-to-face communication in 60 patients, and the cor esponding nursing measures were adopted according to the psychological problems. Results 60 cases of elderly patients after patient care nurses, increase the sense of warmth and security, can match the treatment and nursing care of active. Conclusion The medical staf should pay at ention to the psychological problems of the elderly, to the patient's psychological state of the patient to understand, respect, care, and give the enthusiasm, wil make good nursing ef ect.
