目的：探讨独活温经汤治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)(寒湿痹阻型)的临床疗效。方法：2011年11月-2013年11月收治活动期RA患者42例，诊断符合活动期RA诊断标准并同时符合中医证候为“寒湿痹阻型”诊断标准，给予独活温经汤，1剂/d，早晚2次餐后分服。治疗期间不使用其他症状控制药物。疗程4周。结果：该方能明显改善RA的临床表现，并取得较高的临床有效率(88.1%)；该方能明显改善 RA(寒湿痹阻型)的中医症状，降低关节疼痛、关节肿胀、屈伸不利、关节作冷、畏恶风寒、晨僵的评分(P＜0.05或P＜0.01)，取得较高的中医证候疗效(92.9%)。结论：独活温经汤能显著控制RA活动期病情进展，改善患者临床症状，值得临床进一步推广使用。
목적：탐토독활온경탕치료류풍습성관절염(RA)(한습비조형)적림상료효。방법：2011년11월-2013년11월수치활동기RA환자42례，진단부합활동기RA진단표준병동시부합중의증후위“한습비조형”진단표준，급여독활온경탕，1제/d，조만2차찬후분복。치료기간불사용기타증상공제약물。료정4주。결과：해방능명현개선RA적림상표현，병취득교고적림상유효솔(88.1%)；해방능명현개선 RA(한습비조형)적중의증상，강저관절동통、관절종창、굴신불리、관절작랭、외악풍한、신강적평분(P＜0.05혹P＜0.01)，취득교고적중의증후료효(92.9%)。결론：독활온경탕능현저공제RA활동기병정진전，개선환자림상증상，치득림상진일보추엄사용。
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of Du Huo Wen Jing decoction in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA) (cold bizu type).Methods:42 patients with active RA were selected from November2011 to November 2013.The diagnosis conforms to the active period RA diagnosis standard and the TCM diagnostic criteria for "cold bizu type" at the same time.They were given the Du Huo Wen Jing decoction,1 dose/d,took each 1 time after the breakfast and dinner.During the treatment did not used other drugs to control the symptoms.Treatment for 4 weeks.Results:The prescription improved the clinical manifestations of RA significantly,and achieved a higher clinical efficiency(88.1%);the prescription significantly improved the RA (cold Bizu type) TCM symptoms,reduced the joint pain,joint swelling,qu shen adverse,joint cold,aversion to cold,morning stiffness score(P<0.05 or P<0.01).It had a higher efficacy of TCM(92.9% ).Conclusion:Du Huo Wen Jing decoction can control the progress of active RA significant,and improve the clinical symptoms of patients,so it is worthy of further promotion of the use.
