目的：对肱骨远端锁定解剖钢板治疗成人肱骨中下段骨折的疗效探讨。方法选取2011~2013年我院收治的80例肱骨中下段骨折患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。观察组患者采取肱骨远端锁定解剖钢板治疗方法，对照组患者普通解剖钢板治疗，将两组患者的临床效果进行观察对比。结果观察组患者与对照组相比具有更短的骨折愈合时间(14.67±2.02)，症与对照组患者相比手术后并发症发生率低(0%)，手术后观察组患者肘关节与肩关节统计评分均显著优于对照组患者，数据具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论采用肱骨远端锁定解剖钢板方法对成人肱骨中下段骨折进行临床治疗效果显著，能够有效减少术后并发症，安全有效，值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the anatomical locking plate fixation for the treatment of adult humeral fractures of the distal humerus ef ect. Methods 2011~2013 in our hospital 80 cases of middle and distal humerus fracture patients, randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 40 cases. The patients in the observation group were taken to the distal end of the humerus locking plate in the treatment of dissection, patients in the control group normal anatomical plate in the treatment, the clinical ef ects of two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results In the observation group compared with the control group has shorter healing time (14.67±2.02), low incidence of complications after operation in the patients compared with the control group (0%) after operation, the patients in observation group were elbow joint and shoulder joint statistical scores were significantly bet er than the control group of patients, the data with statistical dif erence ( <0.05). Conclusion The distal humerus locking anatomic plate for adult humeral fractures clinical treatment ef ect significantly, can ef ectively reduce the postoperative complications, safe and ef ective, worthy of clinical application.
