目的：总结气压治疗在高血压脑出血术后患者中的护理经验，进一步提高护理质量。方法：2013年1月-2014年7月收治术后高血压脑出血患者70例，随机分成观察组和对照组各35例，对照组进行一般的护理，观察组在对照组的基础上进行气压治疗及护理，所有患者均于护理前后采用运动功能评定量表Fugl-Meyer(FMA)对运动情况进行评定、日常生活能力Barthel指数对日常生活能力进行评定。结果：两组患者在护理前肢体运动能力和日常生活能力比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，经过护理后两组患者均明显升高，护理前后比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，观察组护理后明显高于对照组护理后，两组护理后比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，观察组发生静脉血栓、肺部感染、足下垂、足内翻、肩手综合征明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：加强对气压治疗在高血压脑出血术后患者的护理，可以明显提高患者的肢体运动能力和日常生活能力，降低不良症状及并发症的发生，值得临床推广。
목적：총결기압치료재고혈압뇌출혈술후환자중적호리경험，진일보제고호리질량。방법：2013년1월-2014년7월수치술후고혈압뇌출혈환자70례，수궤분성관찰조화대조조각35례，대조조진행일반적호리，관찰조재대조조적기출상진행기압치료급호리，소유환자균우호리전후채용운동공능평정량표Fugl-Meyer(FMA)대운동정황진행평정、일상생활능력Barthel지수대일상생활능력진행평정。결과：량조환자재호리전지체운동능력화일상생활능력비교차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)，경과호리후량조환자균명현승고，호리전후비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)，관찰조호리후명현고우대조조호리후，량조호리후비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)，관찰조발생정맥혈전、폐부감염、족하수、족내번、견수종합정명현저우대조조，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：가강대기압치료재고혈압뇌출혈술후환자적호리，가이명현제고환자적지체운동능력화일상생활능력，강저불량증상급병발증적발생，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To summarize the nursing experience of pressure treatment in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after operation,to further improve the quality of nursing.Methods:70 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after operation were selected from January 2013 to July 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 35 cases in each group.The control group were given common nursing,and the observation group were given the pressure treatment and nursing on the basis of the control group.Before and after nursing,movement function of all patients were assessed using functional assessment of Fugl-Meyer(FMA),and ability of daily life were evaluated by the daily life ability of Barthel index.Results:Before nuring,compared two groups of patients with limb movement ability and the ability of daily life,there was no significant difference(P>0.05);after care,the patients in the two groups were significantly elevated;compared before and after nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,venous thrombosis, pulmonary infection,foot drop,strephenopodia,shoulder hand syndrome were obviously lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening the nursing of pressure treatment in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after operation can improve the body exercise ability and ability of daily life and reduce the adverse symptoms and complications.It is worthy of clinical application.
