目的：探讨梅毒酶联免疫吸附试验(TP-ELISA)、甲苯胺红不加热血清试验(TRUST)和梅毒螺旋体明胶颗粒凝集试验(TPPA)3种检测方法在梅毒预防工作中的运用。方法：使用 TP-ELISA、TRUST 对调查对象男-男同性(MSM)特殊人群共259例进行初筛，再用 TPPA 法对89份梅毒检测呈阳性的血清标本进行确认试验。选用两家的TRUST试剂进行比较，进行结果差异性比较。结果：TP-ELISA、TRUST和TPPA法的阳性率分别是100%、25.48%(另一厂家28.6%)、100%，TP-ELISA、TRUST和确诊试验的符合率分别是100%、74.2%(另一厂家83.1%)。结论：最佳方案是先用梅毒酶联免疫吸附试验和甲苯胺红不加热血清试验进行筛选，再做确认试验，具体情况可结合调查目的和检测条件进行选择。

Objective:To explore the use of syphilis enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(TP-ELISA),toluidine red unheated serum test(TRUST) and treponema pallidum particle agglutination test(TPPA) in prevention work in syphilis.Methods:259 cases of male gay(MSM) special populations were selected.TP-ELISA,TRUST were used to investigate the target screening.The TPPA method was used to 89 syphilis with serum samples positive detection for confirmation test.TRUST reagent of two companies was chosen for comparison,and the differences of results were compared.Results:The positive rate of TP-ELISA,TRUST and TPPA method respectively was 100%,25.48%(the other manufacturers 28.6%)and 100%.TP-ELISA,TRUST and diagnostic tests with rate respectively was 100% and 74.2% (the other manufacturers 83.1% ).Conclusion:The best solution was to use the syphilis enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and toluidine red unheated serum test for screening,and then do the validation test.The specific circumstances can be selected combined with the purpose of investigation and detection conditions.
