伴随着经济的发展，住宅式建筑火灾每年发生的数量都在增加，并且每年因此死亡的人数占了很大比例。目前适合家庭式灭火的设备就是灭火器，但是灭火器存在诸多不利因素，针对此种现象，根据家庭式火灾的特点，设计符合家庭式火灾的灭火设备，弥补灭火器带来的不利因素，使每个家庭都能在发生火灾初期，能够及时灭火，保护家庭成员安全以及避免造成财产损失。
