目的：探讨吉西他滨联合卡铂治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效和不良反应。方法选取我院收治的中晚期非小细胞肺癌病例64例，采用吉西他滨联合卡铂化疗方案进行化疗，分析其临床治疗效果及不良反应。64例患者给予吉西他滨与卡铂联合治疗，吉西他滨1000mg/m2，第1、8、15d；卡铂200~400mg/m2，第2d，28d为1个周期。化疗2个周期后评价。结果64例患者中10例达到CR，26例PR，另外20例SD，8例PD。出现的毒副反应主要为骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐及脱发，多为I~I 度，均可耐受。结论吉西他滨联合卡铂治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效较好，不良反应可以耐受，在胃肠道反应及外周神经毒性方面具有一定的优势。
목적：탐토길서타빈연합잡박치료중만기비소세포폐암적림상료효화불량반응。방법선취아원수치적중만기비소세포폐암병례64례，채용길서타빈연합잡박화료방안진행화료，분석기림상치료효과급불량반응。64례환자급여길서타빈여잡박연합치료，길서타빈1000mg/m2，제1、8、15d；잡박200~400mg/m2，제2d，28d위1개주기。화료2개주기후평개。결과64례환자중10례체도CR，26례PR，령외20례SD，8례PD。출현적독부반응주요위골수억제、악심구토급탈발，다위I~I 도，균가내수。결론길서타빈연합잡박치료중만기비소세포폐암료효교호，불량반응가이내수，재위장도반응급외주신경독성방면구유일정적우세。
Objective To explore the gemcitabine plus carboplatin treating middle-late stage non-smal cel lung cancer clinical ef icacy and adverse reactions. Methods Select our hospital of local y advanced non-smal cel lung cancer cases of 64 cases with gemcitabine plus carboplatin chemotherapy regimens chemotherapy, to analyze its clinical therapeutic ef ect and adverse reactions. 64 cases of patients with gemcitabine and carboplatin combination therapy, gemcitabine 1000 mg/m2, 1, 8, 15 days;Carboplatin 200 ~400 mg/m2, 2 days, 28 days for a cycle. Chemotherapy evaluation after 2 cycles. Results In 10 cases of 64 cases achieved CR, 26 cases of PR, another 20 cases of SD, 8 cases of PD. Mainly in bone mar ow suppression of adverse reaction, nausea and vomiting and hair loss, mostly I~I degree, can be tolerated. Conclusion Gemcitabine plus carboplatin treatment for local y advanced non-smal cel lung cancer has good curative ef ect, adverse reactions can be tolerated, in the gastrointestinal tract reaction and peripheral nerve toxicity has certain advantages.
