目的：明确玻璃体腔内注射小剂量曲安奈德治疗年龄相关性渗出性黄斑病变和眼压升高的关系。方法通过眼底血管造影确诊99例具有视网膜下新生血管的年龄相关性渗出性黄斑病变患者，均接受玻璃体腔内注射曲安奈德4mg，监测患者注射后眼压变化情况。结果有31%的患者的眼压比原来基础眼压升高(≥5mmHg)。结论玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德可导致眼压升高，接受这种方法的治疗的患者，应充分告知眼压升高风险。

목적：명학파리체강내주사소제량곡안내덕치료년령상관성삼출성황반병변화안압승고적관계。방법통과안저혈관조영학진99례구유시망막하신생혈관적년령상관성삼출성황반병변환자，균접수파리체강내주사곡안내덕4mg，감측환자주사후안압변화정황。결과유31%적환자적안압비원래기출안압승고(≥5mmHg)。결론파리체강주사곡안내덕가도치안압승고，접수저충방법적치료적환자，응충분고지안압승고풍험。
Objective To clarify the relationship between intravitreal injection of smal dose of triamcinolone acetonide in treatment of age related macular lesions and increased intraocular pressure. Methods 99 cases were diagnosed by fundus fluorescein angiography with subretinal neovascular age-related macular lesions, underwent intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide 4mg, the situation changes of intraocular pressure monitoring in patients after injection. Results 31% patients with intraocular pressure than the original basis for increased intraocular pressure (5 mmHg). Conclusion Intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide can cause increased intraocular pressure, accept this method of treatment of patients, should be ful y informed of the risk of elevated intraocular pressure.
