目的：探讨术后体位干预对电视胸腔镜术后患者离床活动的影响。方法将350例行胸外科电视胸腔镜手术患者随机分为对照组175例和观察组175例，对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组给予专科体位干预护理，比较两组患者术后离床活动时间。结果观察组患者离床活动时间较对照组早，两组比较，均<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论体位干预能促使胸外科术后患者早期离床活动，有利于患者术后的康复。

목적：탐토술후체위간예대전시흉강경술후환자리상활동적영향。방법장350례행흉외과전시흉강경수술환자수궤분위대조조175례화관찰조175례，대조조환자실시상규호리，관찰조급여전과체위간예호리，비교량조환자술후리상활동시간。결과관찰조환자리상활동시간교대조조조，량조비교，균<0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론체위간예능촉사흉외과술후환자조기리상활동，유리우환자술후적강복。
Objective To explore the body position intervention for department of thoracic surgery after VATS patients with recovery. Methods 350 patients were randomly divided into 175 cases in the control group and 175 cases into observation group.Control group performed the routine nursing,observation group performed special body position intervention nursing,compared the two groups of patients with postoperative ambulation time.Results Compared two groups of patients ,the ambulation in the observation group was earlier than the control group,the dif erence was statistical y significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Postural intervention can promote the department of thoracic surgery patients with postoperative ambulation time,and help to promote the recovery of the patients and improve nursing quality.
