目的：探讨Hethert螺钉在舟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法对采用Hethert螺钉治疗舟骨骨折17例的患者资料进行分析。17例均为新鲜闭合骨折，骨折线位于远侧1/3为5例，腰部骨折9例，近侧1/3骨折3例。骨折线位于远侧和腰部采取掌侧入路，骨折线位于近侧采用腕背侧切口。手术前后根据腕关节弯曲度、伸展度、桡偏度、握力及Krimmer腕关节评价患者临床功能的情况，随访时间8～13个月，平均(10.3±1.6)个月，术后石膏固定4周。结果本组均为骨性愈合。疗效评估优4例，良10例，差3例，优良率82.3%。结论采用Hethert螺钉治疗舟骨骨折效果良好。
목적：탐토Hethert라정재주골골절적림상료효。방법대채용Hethert라정치료주골골절17례적환자자료진행분석。17례균위신선폐합골절，골절선위우원측1/3위5례，요부골절9례，근측1/3골절3례。골절선위우원측화요부채취장측입로，골절선위우근측채용완배측절구。수술전후근거완관절만곡도、신전도、뇨편도、악력급Krimmer완관절평개환자림상공능적정황，수방시간8～13개월，평균(10.3±1.6)개월，술후석고고정4주。결과본조균위골성유합。료효평고우4례，량10례，차3례，우량솔82.3%。결론채용Hethert라정치료주골골절효과량호。
Objective To study the clinical effect of carpal scaphoid fracture treated with Herbert screw fixation. Methods Seventeen scaphoid fracture patients who were treated with Herbert screw internal ifxation in our department were retrospectively analyzed. They are all Fresh closed fracture. Fracture line was located in the distal third in 5 cases, nearly a third side fracture in 3 cases, and 9 cases were lumbar fracture. Fracture line located in the far side and the waist took the palm side way, and fracture line in the near side took wrist dorsal incision. Flexion,Extension,Radial deviation,Ulnar deviation,Grip strength and Krimmer wrist score were evaluated using Pre-treatment as controls. All patients achieved bone healing standard during a follow-up apriod of 8-13 months. All patients had a plaster cast for 4 weeks. Results According to function efifcacy evaluation, the average (10.3 ± 1.6) months, 4 case was excellent, 10 cases were good, 3 cases were fair, the excellent and good rate was 82.3%. Conclusion Treatment of carpal scaphoid fracture by Herbert screw internal ifxation was good.
