目的:探讨血液灌流联合血液透析救治重度急性中毒的临床疗效。方法选取60例重症急性中毒患者。按照随机数字表法平均分为对照组与试验组(n=30)。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组给予血液灌流联合血液透析治疗,比较2组患者的临床效果。结果试验组治愈例数(27例)显著多于对照组(19例),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后试验组的生理指标[ BUN、CR、SGPT、DB、CK、LDH分别为(9.38±4.6)、(215.7±95.8)、(136.8±34.5)、(6.4±2.7)、(110.6±54.6)、(287.9±144.3)]均显著低于对照组[(14.7±7.3)、(359.7±101.4)、(137.8±34.9)、(12.7±4.1)、(308.5±114.6)、(484.6±144.7)],2组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液灌流联合血液透析治疗重症急性中毒的临床效果突出,能缩短住院时间,加快康复进程,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the clincial efficacy of blood perfusion combined hemodialysis treatment for severe acute poisoning. Methods To select 60 patients with severe acute poisoning and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, the experimental group was given blood perfusion combined hemodialysis treatment,to compare the clinical effect of two groups of patients. Results The patients of the experimenta group with cured cases (27 cases)were signiifcantly more than the control group (19 cases), it had statistically signiifcant difference (P<0.05).The experimental group with physiological indexes of BUN, CR, SGPT, DB, CK and LDH[(9.38±4.6)、(215.7±95.8)、(136.8±34.5)、(6.4±2.7)、(110.6±54.6)、(287.9±144.3)] were signiifcantly lower than the control group [(14.7±7.3)、(359.7±101.4)、(137.8±34.9)、(12.7±4.1)、(308.5±114.6)、(484.6±144.7)] after treatment, the difference had statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efifcacy of blood perfusion combined hemodialysis treatment of severe acute poisoning is obvious, it can shorten the length of hospital stay and speed up the recovery process,it is worth promoting.
