目的:探讨 AX4030全自动尿液干化仪检测白细胞、红细胞和人工显微镜检查的符合情况。方法随机收集1000份来自医院门诊患者新鲜尿标本,混匀尿液后,分成 A、B 两管,A 管用于干化学分析,B 管按10ml 刻度定容后,以1500r/ min,离心5min,吸掉上清液,留0.2ml 沉渣滴于载玻片上进行显微镜下镜检。结果白细胞符合率为91.7%,红细胞符合率为87.6%。以人工显微检查为标准,干化学分析法检查白细胞假阳性率为2.47%,假阴性率为7.54%,而干化学法检查红细胞假阳性率为12.4%,假阴性率为2.16%。结论尿液干化学分析法不能替代镜检法对尿液白细胞、红细胞进行检测。

목적:탐토 AX4030전자동뇨액간화의검측백세포、홍세포화인공현미경검사적부합정황。방법수궤수집1000빈래자의원문진환자신선뇨표본,혼균뇨액후,분성 A、B 량관,A 관용우간화학분석,B 관안10ml 각도정용후,이1500r/ min,리심5min,흡도상청액,류0.2ml 침사적우재파편상진행현미경하경검。결과백세포부합솔위91.7%,홍세포부합솔위87.6%。이인공현미검사위표준,간화학분석법검사백세포가양성솔위2.47%,가음성솔위7.54%,이간화학법검사홍세포가양성솔위12.4%,가음성솔위2.16%。결론뇨액간화학분석법불능체대경검법대뇨액백세포、홍세포진행검측。
Objective To compare the consistent degree of the AX4030 completely automatic urine dry chemical an-alyzer with white blood cell,the red blood cell and the artificial microscopy. Methods 1000 fresh urine samples from outpa-tients in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into A,B two groups. The group A was used for dry chemical analy-sis. After metered volume according to the 10ml scale,the group B was centrifuged for 5 minutes(1500R/ MIN),absorbing the supernatant,stay 0. 2ml sediment drops to slide on the micro microscopic for examination. Results The coincidence rate of white blood cells was 91. 7% ,and the coincidence rate of red blood cells was 87. 6% . Artificial microscopy as the standard,the false positive rate of white blood cells was 2. 47% with dry chemistry method,while the false negative rate was 7. 54% . The false positive rate of red blood cells was 12. 4% with dry chemistry method,and the false negative rate 2. 16% . Conclusion The urine dry chemical method can not substitute the microscopy in the detection of WBC,RBC .
