目的：探讨胆囊隆起性病变的临床及 B 型超声表现特点。方法将83例胆囊隆起性病变分为3组：A 组，胆固醇息肉组（60例）；B 组，良性非胆固醇性息肉组（12例）；C 组，胆囊癌组（11例），分别作回顾性分析。结果临床表现分为4型：无明显症状17例，占20.48％（17/83），胆囊炎型41例，占49.39％（41/83），胆结石型16例，占19.27％（16/83），肿瘤型9例，占10.84％（9/83）；声像图基本图象是胆囊内附壁光团后无声影，其中良性病变72例，直径均＜1.2cm，平均0.82cm，形态规则，恶性病变11例，病灶直径﹥1.5cm，平均1.8cm，形态不规则。结论通过临床及B 型超声综合分析，可以帮助鉴别病变性质，对手术方式的选择有较高的指导意义。
목적：탐토담낭륭기성병변적림상급 B 형초성표현특점。방법장83례담낭륭기성병변분위3조：A 조，담고순식육조（60례）；B 조，량성비담고순성식육조（12례）；C 조，담낭암조（11례），분별작회고성분석。결과림상표현분위4형：무명현증상17례，점20.48％（17/83），담낭염형41례，점49.39％（41/83），담결석형16례，점19.27％（16/83），종류형9례，점10.84％（9/83）；성상도기본도상시담낭내부벽광단후무성영，기중량성병변72례，직경균＜1.2cm，평균0.82cm，형태규칙，악성병변11례，병조직경﹥1.5cm，평균1.8cm，형태불규칙。결론통과림상급B 형초성종합분석，가이방조감별병변성질，대수술방식적선택유교고적지도의의。
Objective To investigate the charactenstics of clinic and B-ultrasonic in different kinds of gallbladder projective lesions. Methods Examine and shudy 83 casses of gallbldder projective lesions in 3 groups,Croup A:cholesterosis polypoid lesion(60 cases);Group B:berign noncholesterosis polypoid lesion(12 cases);Group C:gallbladder carcinoma(11 cases). Retrospective analysis the data of clinical and B-ultrasonic among 3 groups. Results The 83 cases fall into 4 catego-ries in clinic perfomances:17cases without any obvious symptoms,accounting for20. 48%(17 out of 83);41 cases of cholecys-titis accounting,for 49. 39%(41 out of 83);16 cases of cholelithiasis,accounting for 19. 27%(16 out of 83);9 cases of tumor,accunting for 10. 84%(9 out of 83). The ultrasounds indicates no shadow of the objective point inside the gallbladder. 72 cases of benign lesions,the diameter of lesions less than 1. 2cm(an average of 0. 82cm),the lesions rules;11 cases of ma-lignant lesions,the diameter of lesions more than 1. 5 cm(an average of 1. 8cm),irregular contour. Concluson With compre-hensive clinic cnd B-ultrasonic examination and analysis,it helps to diagnose the nature of pathological changes and detemine the surgery choice.
