目的:探讨超敏 C 反应蛋白与胆固醇/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值在冠心病的应用价值。方法对93例冠心病患者和70例同期健康体检者检测超敏 CRP、血清胆固醇(TC)、血清脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)并精确计算 TC/HDL-C。结果冠心病组血清超敏 CRP 、TC、TC/ HDL-C 均比健康对照组,高差异具有统计学意义( P <0.05);而HDL-C 比健康对照组低,差异也具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论血脂和炎性反应与冠心病有密切关系,联合应用TC/ HDL-C 和 hs-CRP 更能预测冠心病的发生,TC/ HDL-C 与 hs-CRP 可以作为冠心病的危险因素。

목적:탐토초민 C 반응단백여담고순/고밀도지단백담고순비치재관심병적응용개치。방법대93례관심병환자화70례동기건강체검자검측초민 CRP、혈청담고순(TC)、혈청지단백담고순(HDL-C)병정학계산 TC/HDL-C。결과관심병조혈청초민 CRP 、TC、TC/ HDL-C 균비건강대조조,고차이구유통계학의의( P <0.05);이HDL-C 비건강대조조저,차이야구유통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론혈지화염성반응여관심병유밀절관계,연합응용TC/ HDL-C 화 hs-CRP 경능예측관심병적발생,TC/ HDL-C 여 hs-CRP 가이작위관심병적위험인소。
Objective To study the application value of cholesterol to high density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio and high sensitivity C reactive protein in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods The high sensitivity CRP,serum cho-lesterol(TC)and serum lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were detected to 93 cases of coronary heart disease patients and 70 healthy individuals. And to precisely calculate TC/ HDL-C. Results The high sensitivity CRP,TC and TC/ HDL-C of the coro-nary heart disease group were all higher than those of the healthy control group,the differences were statistically significant (P < 0. 05);but the HDL-C of the coronary heart disease group was lower than that of the healthy control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion There is a close relationship between inflammation and lipid metabolism and coronary heart disease. The combined application of TC/ HDL-C and hs-CRP can better predict the occurrence of coronary heart disease. TC/ HDL-C and hs-CRP can be used as the risk factors of coronary heart disease.
