历史街区的保护及更新是一个综合性的问题，在旅游经济高速发展的背景下，如何平衡保护与开发之间的关系始终是一个备受关注的话题。本文以实际调研为基础，针对性地分析了我国东南部沿海历史街区更新中的典型代表，归纳其图底、图形和流线关系，总结历史街区保护的针对性方法，旨在对历史街区的设计辅以助益。

The protection and upgrading of historical blocks is an integrated issue. With the rapid development of tourism economy, the way to balance the relation between protection and development is a popular concern. Based on the practical study, the typical case of historical block renovation in Southeast China is analyzed, with its figure ground, graph and filament line summarized, and the corresponding methods for historical block protection are presented to offer some references for historical block design.
