该文归纳和分析了国内外建筑领域碳排放体系框架以及有关碳排放计算的相关方法。通过文献查阅法对国内外建筑物碳交易机制进行了总结，探讨了德国、美国基准能耗评价方法以及东京ETS体系给我们带来的启示，介绍了天津、深圳地区碳交易模式的特点，总结了我国建筑碳排放权交易市场存在问题。最后从总量控制、配额分配方法、MRV机制构建等方面分析我国建筑领域碳排放权交易框架的关键因素，初步提出完善建筑能耗信息系统及建筑碳交易方法学的工作建议，为推动建筑碳排放权交易提供支撑。

The carbon emission systematic framework and relevant calculation methods for carbon emission are summarized and analyzed. Based on the document review, the building carbon exchange mechanism at home and abroad is summarized, the inspiration is discussed from the evaluation methods of the standard energy consumption in Germany and America as well as the Tokyo EST system, and the characteristics of the carbon trading models in Tianjin and Shenzhen are introduced, with the existing problems in building emission trading market in China presented. Furthermore, the keynote factors in the carbon emission right trading frame are analyzed from the aspects of total amount, quota distribution methods and MRV mechanism establishment as like. Some improvement suggestions are proposed for building energy consumption information system and carbon trading methodology, offering some support for pushing forward carbon emission right trading in China.
