Through a series of reform for young teachers cultivation method, explore the system of the hierarchical training of young teachers, to realize the goal of the long-term mechanism for rolling cultivating, promote‘doctors–teachers’ double identity of reasonable positioning, to improve the teaching level of young teachers in medical colleges and their own quality, achieve the long-term goal of sustainable development of medical education.
