如何培养适应我国医药业发展的临床药学专业创新人才，现已成为高校在专业建设、培养模式、课程体系及实践体系改革中的重点问题。本文通过对国内外创新人才培养现状的分析，结合多年来教学改革及实践探索，提出了对药学专业课程体系进行整体优化，增加实践教学的比例及形式种类，丰富考核方式及多角度提升教师的专业知识水平和实践指导能力等改革措施。从而提高学生自主学习和创新能力，培养符合社会发展需求的医药兼修的药学专业创新型人才。

How to cultivate innovative talents to adapt to clinical pharmacy of our medical industry development, has now become the key problem of the universities in the specialty construction, training mode, course and practice system. By analyzing the current situation of the cultivation of innovative talents at home and abroad, combined with years of exploration and practice of teaching reform, put forward the overall optimization for the course system of pharmacy, increasing the proportion and practical teaching, to enrich the way of examination and multi angle of teachers in improving the level of professional knowledge and practice guidance and so on. Thus improve the students' autonomous learning and innovation ability, cultivate innovative pharmaceutical talents demand of social development in medicine.
