医学生“三早教育”培养模式中发挥数字化图书馆优势有益于医学教学改革和人才培养模式创新,对于全方位提升学生科研能力、临床实践能力与社会适应能力有诸多益处。本文分析了对医学生开展“三早教育”的意义,并对数字化图书馆在医学生“三早教育”中的作用进行了探究,希望能为医学人才培养提供参考。
醫學生“三早教育”培養模式中髮揮數字化圖書館優勢有益于醫學教學改革和人纔培養模式創新,對于全方位提升學生科研能力、臨床實踐能力與社會適應能力有諸多益處。本文分析瞭對醫學生開展“三早教育”的意義,併對數字化圖書館在醫學生“三早教育”中的作用進行瞭探究,希望能為醫學人纔培養提供參攷。

In the three early educations training mode of Medical students, how to play the advantages of digital libraries will beneift the reform of medical educations and the innovation of training model. It has many benefits for students to enhance comprehensive research capabilities, the ability of clinical practice and social adaptation. This paper analyzed the meanings of carrying out the three early educations for medical students, and explored the role of digital library on the three early educations of medical students, hoping to provide a reference for medical personnel training.
