目的:评价一个病例串联和TBL、CBL相结合的教学方法在MBBS超声诊断学中的运用效果。方法对昆明医科大学2014年6月进入诊断学学习阶段的61名印度籍医学留学生采用“一个病例串联”和TBL和CBL相结合的教学方法讲授心脏超声诊断学。结果71.42%的学生认为采用的一个病例串联与临床工作很吻合;28.57%的学生认为比较吻合;92.85%的学生认为授课过程中所运动的心超视频能有效帮助理解;75%认为教师的讲授和答疑是有效的;92.85%认为分组讨论利于理解学习;78.57%认为课程设计合理;85.71%认为所讲内容没有超负荷;85.71%认为该教学方法易接受,而且是有效的。结论一个病例串联和TBL、CBL相结合的教学方法对于MBBS留学生容易接受,并且是比较有效的,它提高了MBBS留学生的积极主动性,将英文专业知识和临床思维方式的培养紧密结合起来,从而提高了教学质量和学生对知识的运用能力。

Objective Evaluate the effect of using cases in a Case Based Learning (CBL) style for MBBS teaching. Methods In June 2014, 61 third year,foreign medical students at Kunming Medical University were surveyed after using CBL to teach echocardiography. Results 71.42%of the students consider usingcasesvery consistent with clinical work and 28.57% of the students considered it to be more consistent than traditional methods. 92.85%of the students thought teaching using super videos of a moving hearteffective in helping them to understand the clinical aspects better. 75%believe teaching and questions are valid. 92.85%believe that breakout sessions are conducive to better understanding and learning. 78.57%consider the CBL method to be a reasonable course design. 85.71%found this teaching method easy to acceptand valid.Conclusions A case series using CBL teaching methods for MBBS students was easy to accept, more effective, improved the initiative of MBBS students, helped their thinking in English which improved the quality of teaching and the students ability to apply the knowledge they had learned.
