目的:探讨分析介入与溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死的近期临床疗效。方法随机选取2009年5月~2011年6月因急性心肌梗死就诊于我院进行治疗的患者170例,随机分为治疗组(采用介入治疗)85例患者,对照组(采用静脉溶栓治疗)85例患者,观察总结两组患者治疗后心肌梗死、心肌缺血的复发情况,并对两组结果进行统计学分析。结果治疗组患者治疗后再次发生心肌梗死以及心肌缺血的总发生率为15.3%,疗效明显好于对照组,经统计分析,P<0.05,差异存在显著性。结论介入治疗急性心肌梗死能有效提高治疗效果,并且降低再次发生心肌梗死以及心肌缺血的发生率。

목적:탐토분석개입여용전치료급성심기경사적근기림상료효。방법수궤선취2009년5월~2011년6월인급성심기경사취진우아원진행치료적환자170례,수궤분위치료조(채용개입치료)85례환자,대조조(채용정맥용전치료)85례환자,관찰총결량조환자치료후심기경사、심기결혈적복발정황,병대량조결과진행통계학분석。결과치료조환자치료후재차발생심기경사이급심기결혈적총발생솔위15.3%,료효명현호우대조조,경통계분석,P<0.05,차이존재현저성。결론개입치료급성심기경사능유효제고치료효과,병차강저재차발생심기경사이급심기결혈적발생솔。
Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of intervention and thrombolytic therapy for the treatment of acute myocardial infarction. Methods From May 2009 to June 2011, 170 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into treatment group (interventional therapy, n=85) and control group (intravenous thrombolysis therapy, n=85) in our hospital. The myocardial infarction, myocardial ischemia and relapse were observed and summarized. The results from both groups were made a statistical analysis. Results In the treatment group, the total incidence of recurrence of myocardial infarction and myocardial ischemia was 3.6%after treatment. The curative effect was signiifcant bet er than the control group, after statistical analysis, P<0.05, there was signiifcant difference. Conclusions The intervention and thrombolytic therapy for the treatment of acute myocardial infarction could effectively improve the treatment effect, and reduce the incidence of recurrence of myocardial infarction and myocardial ischemia. The extensive clinical application was suggested.
