目的：研究经阴道与经腹腔镜行子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床效果。方法选取2011年1月~2014年6月住院治疗的92例子宫肌瘤患者，分为对照组46例和观察组46例，对照组患者经腹腔镜行子宫肌瘤剔除术，观察组患者经阴道行子宫肌瘤剔除术，对比观察两组患者治疗的临床效果。结果观察组患者的临床治疗效果显著优于对照组， P＜0.05表示有显著性差异，具有统计学意义。结论经阴道行子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床效果确切，具有手术时间短、出血少，恢复快等优点。
목적：연구경음도여경복강경행자궁기류척제술적림상효과。방법선취2011년1월~2014년6월주원치료적92례자궁기류환자，분위대조조46례화관찰조46례，대조조환자경복강경행자궁기류척제술，관찰조환자경음도행자궁기류척제술，대비관찰량조환자치료적림상효과。결과관찰조환자적림상치료효과현저우우대조조， P＜0.05표시유현저성차이，구유통계학의의。결론경음도행자궁기류척제술적림상효과학절，구유수술시간단、출혈소，회복쾌등우점。
Objective To study the clinical effect of transvaginal and laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods From 2011 January to 2014 June, 92 cases of uterine fibroids were treated in Five-Three Community Health Service Centers of Hunnan District, they were randomly divided into the control group (46 cases) and observation group (46 cases), Control group patients were treated by laparoscopic myomectomy, and patients in the observation group received transvaginal myomectomy, the clinical effect were compared between two groups. Results The clinical effect of the treatment in the observation group were significantly better than the control group, P<0.05, the difference has statistical significance. Conclusion The transvaginal myomectomy has remarkable and reliable curative effect with shorter operation time, less bleeding, quick recovery, it is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
