目的:探讨和评价玻璃体切除联合内界膜剥除治疗黄斑裂孔的临床疗效。方法选取2007年6月~2010年6月于我院确诊黄斑裂孔的162例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=90),治疗组(n=72)。对照组实施实施玻璃体切除手术;治疗组实施玻璃体切除联合内界膜剥除手术。比较分析两组手术有效率和黄斑裂孔闭合率。结果通过相干光断层扫描进行观察,治疗组手术有效率95.9%,黄斑裂孔闭合率80.6%。对照组手术有效率63.2%,黄斑裂孔闭合率69.3%。两组比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论实施玻璃体切除联合内界膜剥除术后,可以提高黄斑裂孔闭合率、促进患者术后视力的恢复,在临床上具有深远的意义。

Objective To discuss and valuate the vitrectomy combined with inner membrane stripping treatment for macular hole. Methods From June, 2007 to June 2010, 162 patients with macular hole were randomly divided into control group (n=90) and treatment group (n=72). The control group was treated by vitrectomy, the treatment group was treated by vitrectomy combined with inner membrane stripping surgery. The operation efifciency and closure rates of macular hole were compared and analyzed. Results Through the coherent optical tomography, in treatment group, the efifciency rate was 95.9%and the closure rate of macular hole was 80.6%. In control the efficiency rate was 63.2% and the closure rate of macular hole was 69.3%. After the comparison between two groups, there were significant differences (P<0.05), there was statistical significance. Conclusions Implementation of vitrectomy combined with inner membrane stripping surgery could improve the closure rate of macular hole and promote the recovery of visual acuity. There was a profound signiifcance in clinic.
