目的：分析耻骨联合浮动损伤的临床特点，并探讨切开复位内固定术的应用效果。方法选择从2013年10月~2014年10月在本院采用用切开复位内固定治疗的浮动耻骨联合损伤患者32例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。男性患者22例，女性患者10例，平均年龄（36.84±5.42）岁。13例患者为LC，15例患者为VS，3例患者为CM，1例患者为APC。受伤到手术时间为3d~14d，平均为7d。结果术后平均随访时间为（16.7±3.2）个月；治疗优良率为90.6%；所有患者均达骨性愈合，无不愈合、畸形愈合、延迟愈合、异位骨化或者感染等并发症。结论在骨盆骨折中，耻骨联合浮动损伤是较为严重的一种类型，会对骨盆的稳定性产生影响，采用切开复位内固定术能够有效促进骨盆的稳定和愈合，临床效果良好。
목적：분석치골연합부동손상적림상특점，병탐토절개복위내고정술적응용효과。방법선택종2013년10월~2014년10월재본원채용용절개복위내고정치료적부동치골연합손상환자32례，대기림상자료진행회고성분석。남성환자22례，녀성환자10례，평균년령（36.84±5.42）세。13례환자위LC，15례환자위VS，3례환자위CM，1례환자위APC。수상도수술시간위3d~14d，평균위7d。결과술후평균수방시간위（16.7±3.2）개월；치료우량솔위90.6%；소유환자균체골성유합，무불유합、기형유합、연지유합、이위골화혹자감염등병발증。결론재골분골절중，치골연합부동손상시교위엄중적일충류형，회대골분적은정성산생영향，채용절개복위내고정술능구유효촉진골분적은정화유합，림상효과량호。
Objective To analysis clinical characteristics of the floating injury of symphysis pubis, and to explore the application effect of Open reduction and internal fixation. Methods 32 cases of patients with the floating injury of symphysis pubis in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected, retrospective analysis of clinical data. 22 male patients, 10 cases of female patients, mean age (36.84±5.42) years old. In 13 patients with LC, 15 patients with VS, 3 patients with CM, 1 cases of patients with APC. Injury to the operation time was 3d~14d, the average is 7d. Results The mean postoperative follow-up time was (16.7±3.2) months, the excellent effective rate was 90.6%, all the patients healed, all of them without union, malunion, delayed healing, heterotopic ossification or complications such as infection. Conclusion In the pelvic fracture, pubic symphysis lfoating injury is a type of more serious, will have an impact on the stability of pelvis, with open reduction and internal fixation can effectively promote the pelvic stability and healing, has a good clinical effect.
