目的：探讨子宫输卵管造影在女性不孕不育中的诊断价值。方法资料选自我院不孕不育患者64例，给予子宫输卵管造影，并对临床资料进行分析。结果12例患者宫腔出现异常；34例为输卵管通而不畅；18例为输卵管堵塞；且全部患者无不良反应及并发症。结论子宫输卵管造影在不孕不育中具有较强的应用价值，能够诊断出不孕不育的原因，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토자궁수란관조영재녀성불잉불육중적진단개치。방법자료선자아원불잉불육환자64례，급여자궁수란관조영，병대림상자료진행분석。결과12례환자궁강출현이상；34례위수란관통이불창；18례위수란관도새；차전부환자무불량반응급병발증。결론자궁수란관조영재불잉불육중구유교강적응용개치，능구진단출불잉불육적원인，치득추엄응용。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of hysterosalpingography in infertility in women. Methods 64 cases were selected from our hospital infertility patients, given hysterosalpingography, and the clinical data analysis. Results 12 patients had abnormal uterine cavity, 34 cases were fallopian tubes and the poor, 18 cases were tubal blockage, and all the patients had no adverse reaction and complication. Conclusion Hysterosalpingography had strong application value in the infertility, was able to diagnose the causes of infertility, it was worthy of popularization and application.
