目的：探讨心理干预模式应用于神经外科恶性肿瘤化疗患者中的临床效果。方法选择我院接受治疗患有神经外科恶性肿瘤化疗患者70例作为研究对象，随机分组，分为观察组与对照组，观察两组患者之间的临床总满意率以及各项指标情况。结果观察组患者的临床总满意率为97.14%，而对照组患者的为80.00%，两组之间存在差异，具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论通过本研究结果得知，心理干预护理模式值得在相关临床中应用。

목적：탐토심리간예모식응용우신경외과악성종류화료환자중적림상효과。방법선택아원접수치료환유신경외과악성종류화료환자70례작위연구대상，수궤분조，분위관찰조여대조조，관찰량조환자지간적림상총만의솔이급각항지표정황。결과관찰조환자적림상총만의솔위97.14%，이대조조환자적위80.00%，량조지간존재차이，구유통계학의의，P＜0.05。결론통과본연구결과득지，심리간예호리모식치득재상관림상중응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of psychological intervention mode application on neurosurgery patients during the chemotherapy of malignant tumor. Methods 70 cases of patients under chemotherapy with malignant tumor of neurosurgery were selected randomly, dividing into an observation group and a control group. After our treatment, the overall clinical satisfaction and various indexes of both groups were tested and analyzed. Results The overall clinical satisfaction in observation group was 97.14%, while the corresponding data in control group was 80.00%, therefore, the difference between the two groups was signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion The study indicated that psychological intervention nursing mode was worth application in related clinical activities.
