针对传统电网规划方法存在相对短视、忽视长期效益等不足,全寿命周期成本理论综合考虑了资金的时间价值以及各方面因素,采用基于全寿命周期成本理论的规划综合成本法对昆山电网规划的不同方案进行了分析,并通过与传统的电网规划方法进行比较,得出了整体最优的方案,指导了昆山电网下一步建设方向。

Aiming at relatively short sighted and long term efficiency ignored etc insufficiencies existing in traditional power grid planning method, this paper proposed to adopt the full life cost theory synthetically considering the time value of cost and various kinds of factors. The planning synthetical cost method based on full life cost theory was adopted to analyze the different plans of Kunshan power grid and compared with the traditional power grid planning method to obtain the entire optimum program, which guides the next building direction of Kunshan power grid.
