目的：探讨分析局部封闭为主治疗腰椎骨裂伤和软骨终板炎的疗效。方法选取我院2013年1月～2013年12月间收治的8例腰椎骨裂伤和软骨终板炎患者，给予局部封闭为主治疗，观察疗效。结果本组8例患者，3例痊愈，5例显效，总有效率为100﹪（8/8）。结论局部封闭为主治疗腰椎骨裂伤和软骨终板炎的临床疗效显著。

목적：탐토분석국부봉폐위주치료요추골렬상화연골종판염적료효。방법선취아원2013년1월～2013년12월간수치적8례요추골렬상화연골종판염환자，급여국부봉폐위주치료，관찰료효。결과본조8례환자，3례전유，5례현효，총유효솔위100﹪（8/8）。결론국부봉폐위주치료요추골렬상화연골종판염적림상료효현저。
Objective To discuss the curative effect of local close cure lumbar fracture injury and cartilage endplate inlfammation mainly. Methods 8 cases from our hospital with lumbar fracture injury and cartilage endplate arthritic from January 2013 to December 2013were selected, were given the partial closure based treatment. The curative effect was observed. Results Of 8 cases of patients, 3 cases were cured, 5 cases markedly effective, the total effective rate was 100 (8/8%). Conclusion The treatment for lumbar fracture injury and cartilage endplate inlfammation was signiifcantly effect, was worthy of clinical application.
