目的：观察原发性肝癌与肝局灶性增生结节的超声影像。方法原发性肝癌患者和肝局灶性增生结节患者均行二维彩超扫查和超声造影，比较两者结果。结果原发性肝癌与肝局灶性增生结节在时相、造影增强方式上有显著差异。结论在时相、造影增强方式上，超声造影可正确区分原发性肝癌与肝局灶性增生结节，这样有助于减少误诊，指导临床诊断。
目的：觀察原髮性肝癌與肝跼竈性增生結節的超聲影像。方法原髮性肝癌患者和肝跼竈性增生結節患者均行二維綵超掃查和超聲造影，比較兩者結果。結果原髮性肝癌與肝跼竈性增生結節在時相、造影增彊方式上有顯著差異。結論在時相、造影增彊方式上，超聲造影可正確區分原髮性肝癌與肝跼竈性增生結節，這樣有助于減少誤診，指導臨床診斷。
목적：관찰원발성간암여간국조성증생결절적초성영상。방법원발성간암환자화간국조성증생결절환자균행이유채초소사화초성조영，비교량자결과。결과원발성간암여간국조성증생결절재시상、조영증강방식상유현저차이。결론재시상、조영증강방식상，초성조영가정학구분원발성간암여간국조성증생결절，저양유조우감소오진，지도림상진단。
Objective To observe the ultrasound images on primary cacinoma of the liver and the focal nodularhyperplasia. Methods The patients with primary cacinoma of the liver and the patients with focal nodularhyperplasia all Line-dimensional ultrasound scan and contrast-enhanced ultrasound, then copare the results . Results Primary cacinoma of the liver and focal nodularhyperplasia in phase, there were significant differences in contrast enhancement methods. Conclusion The ultrasound contrast’s methods can distinguish the primary cacinoma of the liver and focal nodularhyperplasia on the phase and on the contrast enhancement. Then this can reduce misdiagnosis and guide the clinical diagnosis.
