目的:探讨对照超声弹性成像与常规超声诊断甲状腺良恶性结节的价值。方法回顾性分析40例甲状腺患者的超声弹性成像和常规超声特征,对比两者准确性。结果前者的准确性明显高于常规超声(P<0.05)。结论应用超声弹性成像可以有效提高诊断甲状腺结节良恶性的准确性。

목적:탐토대조초성탄성성상여상규초성진단갑상선량악성결절적개치。방법회고성분석40례갑상선환자적초성탄성성상화상규초성특정,대비량자준학성。결과전자적준학성명현고우상규초성(P<0.05)。결론응용초성탄성성상가이유효제고진단갑상선결절량악성적준학성。
Objective To discuss the value of ultrasound elastography compared with conventional ultrasound diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Methods 40 cases of patients with thyroid ultrasound elastography and conventional ultrasound characteristics were retrospective analysed, and the accuracy of two methods would be compared . Results The accuracy of the former was significantly higher than conventional ultrasound (P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound elastography could effectively improve the accuracy of diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.
